The PSU you selected is too big for the case.
The Samsung PRO SSD is not worth the premium over the EVO - the speed difference will be noticeable only in benchmarks.
I put some faster RAM on This Week Only in there.
Those savings funded an upgrade from the h80i to the h105.
The retail version of the 4670k is only £10 more. For that you get an extra 2 years warranty, and the stock cooler as a backup.
The black Aerocool is out of stock, so I put a white and black one in.

EDIT: With a MSI motherboard and GPU rather than the ASUS models you can get a 4770k:

Thanks for your time tweaking the build, definitely grateful for the PSU notification :) thats the kind of thing I am not to sure about.
So the GPU fits in that case ok then?

I am abit of an ASUS RoG fan so I think I would go for them rather than MSI. Maybe I would just put the 4770K in there anyway though.

Again, thanks for the input. Not looking to buy just yet but its my first look at building a SFF so trying to learn all i can.

Any way of making this build cheaper without taking away too much performance? I'm looking at the AMD R9 290 and with the non-ref cards the cooling would be less of a problem

The GPU will fit, yes.

The 290 would be a bit of a step down from a 780ti. Obviously the 290 is also a fair bit cheaper, so you'll just have to look at some reviews to determine whether or not you want to pay the extra.

e.g. http://www.kitguru.net/components/graphic-cards/zardon/asus-gtx-780-ti-directcu-ii-oc-review/20/

Ultimately, if it is a choice between a 780ti/4670k or a 290/4770k, go with the 780ti. Remember: if you do go SFF, you probably won't be adding a second GPU.

There isn't much to save money on, apart from the GPU. You could get a cheaper CPU cooler. Something like the Alpenfohn Matterhorn will do a good job - although you would need to get lower profile RAM, and I'd probably recommend getting a couple of extra fans for the roof. A 1TB hard drive would save you £20 or so and still give you plenty of storage space.

Other than that - if you're not buying everything yet, you can get settled on a spec list and take advantage of daily deals. The RAM, SSD, and the MSI GPU in my spec are all on offer at the moment.
