SFF case w/Full height PCIe

Hi I have a full height PCIe DVR Card used for CCTV which is currently in a massive 4U case and was wondering if there are any SFF pc cases which can take a full height PCIe card? Vertically or horizontally via a bridge?

MicroATX size would do, however I'd prefer a MiniITX or something as compact as possible, but anything that's smaller than my 4U case would be great!

Yeah I'd prefer the slim ones with a riser, i see plenty of cube cases but no slim/low height ones with risers. I can get riser adapters, but i havent seen a case which allows mounting a pcie x1 card horizontally.

Do you know any slim cases that can do just that?

Those streacom cases look amazing. Add in a slim blu ray drive to my existing setup and got a pretty decent HTPC

That's perfect. Can any riser card be used or are there any specific ones, I didn't see one as an accessory
