Hi all. Looking to get a gaming PC, but I really need one as SFF as possible. I've been interested in the Alienware because they are SO small and plug n play which really entices me but interested to see what else I could get.

I mainly want it to play Overwatch, and also try out PU Battlegrounds, and perhaps other games that arise but I'm not hugely bothered about having a powerhouse for amazing graphics on AAA games.

FYI this is the Alienware I can get for £700:
  • 6th Generation Intel® Core™ i5 processor
  • NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 960 graphics with 4GB GDDR5
  • 8GB Memory
  • Windows 10 Home
 
As a rough guide, you could build something with a decent ITX case, a 1050ti, SSD and a i5 7400 for around £500 excluding windows.

I understand the Alienware packaging temptation but its not a great system for the money.
 
Keeping to Intel/nvidia then this would do the trick, mean you could buy a ryzen 1200 setup and perhaps get a 1060, but this should do the job.
