For gaming or work?
Does that include a monitor? Keyboard? OS? Mouse? Or just the base unit?
Plus you should have a look at some cases and decide what you like, in the SFF category there are two main types, the Shuttles and the mATXes.
The Shuttles are barebones systems that you simply add your CPU, RAM, HDD, optical drive(s), and other addin cards to and you're good to go - have a look at http://eu.shuttle.com/
The mATXes are a little more complicated, they need to be built completely, using a microATX board. Some of the more popular cases include:
- Silverstone Sugo SG01 evolution
- Lian-Li V300
- Aspire X-Qpack
But that's just the tip of the iceberg. I would have a look at a few and see what you like the look of.

yeh full system nice big widescreen monitor or 2 monitors
the system would be used for both gaming and work

but yeh would love like an lcd monitoring thing to tell me how hot stuff is and whats running if you get what i mean
