SFTP / FTP Sync/backup

Anyone know of any software which will download modified files from a FTP/SFTP account to a local computer? I.E take a backup of FTP accounts but only downloading updated files?

do you know if it supports SFTP via SSH?

Or...

Install cygwin
rsync -avz -e ssh user@domain:~/your/stuff /cygdrive/c/backup/path
Set up a scheduled task to do the above

That will just copy new/modified files
