SFTP Server Best Solution ?

We are thinking of putting in an SFTP server in our organisation and just want to find out which is the most user friendly and easy to configure on Windows ?
 
We are most comfortable with Windows as we don't run many Linux boxes. Also we need it to be SFTP as Message Broker only supports this protocol. In terms of budget we don't really have one but just need a good 3rd party solution that is easy to configure and set it up centrally so we can use any service to pump through to a central SFTP server.
