SFX extension cables?

Do the extension from Bitfenix work on SFX power supplies? I would like to try and get some for my mini itx build!

Bitfenix extensions work with any psu, as they only plug into the existing cables.

Great. I'm very new to mITX and SFX PSU's, so after buying the PSU and Motherboard I've become worried that the EVGA Stinger Z170 and my Silverstone SFX PSU won't work together... am I worrying for nothing? I believe the only difference is the -5V comparability pin is not there on SFX?

If you mean the -5V (pin 20) on the 24 pin cable then that isn't needed/used anymore.
