This is for anyone that thinks of been a total NOOOOOOB like me and purchasing an SFX (small form factor) PSU to go in a micro ATX case to find the cables are shorter than ATX PSUs!

Products involved are the Corsair SF600 PSU, Fractal Design 1300 case.

I have created a "ticket" with Corsair to ask if they will send me a pack of longer cables from one of their ATX PSUs, fingers crossed they will!

I'd like to keep the Corsair SF600 if possible as it's going to give my HD7870 GPU more breathing space, I'm sure temps rise a little more than in my old larger case that had more airflow.

I know you have admitted that it's your fault but you really should have checked before buying. SFX psu's tend to be for small cases that don't need longer cables. I expect Corsair will politely decline you but will direct you towards their overpriced cable kits. If you have had the psu less than a couple of weeks I would send it back and get something that is more suited to the case.

I have replied in your other thread with regards to the correct cable sets as well.
