SG06 build...fill in the blanks!

Right, snagged a an i7-2600 off the clearance page for a good price so I'm only missing a few things to get this build going

Here's what I have planned so far:
Silverstone Sugo SG06-450
Intel Core i7-2600
4GB DDR3 RAM
Radeon HD 5850
30GB SSD + 1TB HDD

Basically, all I need really is a motherboard and a suitable HSF to cool the CPU and that can fit inside the case neatly together. Any ideas?

Hmmm...the water cooler might be preferable as it'll be one less fan to deal with in the case reducing noise - do you know if the integrated pump would be noticeable or would it be droned out by the case + GPU fans?
