Shader Cache/DSR

Hi. Any other options to turn off like shader cache in the NVidia control panel?. I decided to turn this off and the jaggy edge effect as stopped and is smooth all the time now but I still get the shimmering. Also is there any way to make text bigger in DSR mode as soon as I use it all text and desk top goes small for some reason. Thanks.

Shader cache might sometimes need clearing but shouldn't normally need to turn it off.

DSR resolutions only need to be selected ingame (if you want to use that feature) - on desktop use your native resolution. It will make things like text smaller as its downscaling from a higher resolution render - unless a game supports dpi/ui scaling there is no way around that.
