Shader Clock Speed

I started Overclocking my 8800GT last night (large cooler fitted by Asus), and So far I've managed the following speeds:

GPU - 670mhz
Memory - 2000mhz
Shader - 1600mhz

So far I've only seen temperatures of 63 degrees and below. How far will I be able to go before things start to get critical? Will the temperature increase quickly? I'm just concerned I'm going to do damage despite the low temps.

OK, after 3dMark06 locking my PC up with the memory at this setting I've been out and replaced my PSU (my old one was a mere 385W :eek).

Now I've got one of these little puppies:

....which is much quieter, but 3DM06 is still locking my PC with the memory speeds above 1900mhz. The funny thing is according to SmartDoctor the temperature doesn't rise above 61 degrees. I'm beginning to wonder just how accurate this temperature reading is :confused:
