Shader Clock Speeds

Hey everyone don't really know what I'm doing when looking at specific details of graphics cards,

I'm looking into getting a 570 but don't know which one to get, on the OCUK website at the moment i've selected the MSI 570 with shader clock speeds of 1540Mhz,

However the Gainward version has a shader clock speed of 1464Mhz,

Was just wondering what the specific difference was??

The MSI one is slightly overclocked not much difference but If I was going to buy a 570 it'd be the one I linked above.

Yeah I know the MSI is slightly overclocked but I was just wondering what the shader clock speed referred to exactly that's all, I like the double fan cooling on the MSI 570 so leaning towards that one right now
