You can play 360 version on the xbox one now anyway thanks to the backwards compatibility its one of the supported games

Enjoyed it when it was released but feel no need to play it again, nice that they are giving the PC vers away free though.

Are they giving it away free though or just letting you play it for free during the holidays? I didn't have to do any kind of checkout process on the Epic Games website or launcher. So I wouldn't be surprised if when you come to play it in January, it will have a price next to it.

That's good to know. Now, is there any way I can get the Mac version whilst it's free without owning a Mac (will probably get one early next year).

it was only free until last new year on PC iirc

Bit cheeky really. They should have given it away free for the first month on Xbone and PS4 to match the PC. But I guess all they wanted to do really was promote the Epic Games launcher thing that they were using.
