From minimi games, the devs that made desperados 3 and shadow tactics, hopefully due out this year, probably wont bring a lot new to the genre, but i really enjoy these types of games, and the fact there are 8 different characters, choose order of the missions you want to play, like the art style, although i agree some would want a better looking game, i will be keeping an eye on it

I played the demo of it (was a fan of Shadow Tactics and Desperados 3) and really enjoyed it. I'll be picking it up, not sure when I will get to play it though as its come out right in between the behemoths of BG3 and Starfield

About 40 mins too early. £31.49

great news, i think its a fair price, think desperados 3 launched at near £40 or £50. hope with their next game though, they go for a more pg 18 approach, not that these colourful maps are a bad thing, but a ww 2 or similar to old commandos games would be lethal, but they have a winning formula

Yeah this one will be great. Didn't realise it had dropped this week, amazing reviews by the look of it.

I'll hold off for a bit but will definitely sample the demo for the time being

If you liked shadow tactics and desperados 3 its definetely worth a go, just a bad release time sandwiched between baldurs gate and starfield, selections of islands, and you pick from 8 crew, unlock them in any order you wish, some big colourful maps

I've been enjoying it but I am getting some bad input lag on the UI, which in a game that timing is so important on is a bit of a pain. Most of the times that I've died its been because of the input lag. Its not something that I had in Shadow Tactics or Desperados 3, so I'm hopeful that it will be corrected.

This explains why you're still on act 1 on BG. You're juggling thirty games at a time lol.

Just the 3 games at the moment, Remnant 2, Shadow Gambit and Baldurs Gate 3 (however I do have 3 games of Baldurs Gate 3 on the go , 1 x solo game, 1 x 4 player game with one set of my friends and 1 x 4 player game with another set of my friends :D ). I've never been one to limit myself to just 1 title :)

Played the first mission and unlocked a character. Chose the doctor woman with the ability to throw a seed and grow a bush. Seems useful.

Seems good so far! Is there any point in choosing non lethal in this? I think I killed 1 but thats part of a tutorial where you push a rock onto someone - but is it that kind of game where it matters?

It didn’t matter in the previous games unless it was a mission requirement or an achievement based thing.
