Shadow of the Tomb raider with my new 5800x?

Hey folks so just ran the SOTTR Benchmark with Everything maxed out @1920x1080 without RTX/DLSS and this is the result as you can see compared to my previous 1700 ive gained 42 FPS although i am now only 61% GPU bound im assuming because my CPU is to fast now for my 2070 Super? Guess il have to Wait for the 4080 to Release at the end of the Year.

@Grim5 Is that Bad then how would I fix that?

yea I was looking at the 3080 but it's only 35% Faster @1080p so think il wait for a 4080 or what AMD comes out with next if they can get a good DLSS equivalent.

@SmokSmog try Highest Settings with TAA at 1080p that's what my benchmark was?

@Joxeon Nice near a 20fps increase and your now 99% Bound so using all of your 3080.

Im guessing 100% GPU bound means your limited by your GPU and 0% GPU bound means your limited by your CPU so 50% Bound is an Ideal Balance of the 2?

Yea i thought that Surely my 5800X is more than faster enough for my GPU to hit 99% Bound?

Haha I'm assuming I'm only 61% GPU bound because games are more CPU intensive at 1080p
