Is the only possible way to shadow an ICA citrix session through Citrix access management console?
I get access denied when trying to shadow but thought it may be possible to RDP onto the server a specific user is on and select remote on their ICA session. This bring up the message 'session id(whatever) remote control failed'
If the policy 'Set rules for remote control of terminal services user sessions' was set in the citrix policy, would it be possible to shadow ICA sessions?
Thanks
