Hi guys just wandering if any one else has picked this up? Ive just installed it and when launching the game i got:

"The processor speed on this computer is too low to run Shadowrun.

Your computer's processor speed: 900 Megahertz (1400 or higher required)

Shadowrun is designed for computers running Microsoft Windows Vista with an overall Windows Experience Index of 4 or higher."

Still it lets me ingame and so far its taken 10 minutes to sign in to my Live account and its still not even half way

I'm not sure what you're asking. It's telling you you're below the minimum specs to run the game. Is it mis-reporting your CPU speed or something?

yeh it told me mine was running at 700MHz. It's wrong and runs fine.

Didn't have any problems signing into live though. Pretty good game actually. It's amusing when you have a chain of resurrected people, one of them dies and everyone else bleeds out one by one. Need to sort out my headset cause communication really is key.. oh btw make sure you're not on stereo mix if you don't have a mic. Someone kept asking to kick me and I couldn't work out why until he told me to unplug my headset... lol :s

Sounds like Intel Speedstep. Just slows down your CPU when its not under much use. Itll go to normal speeds when playing a game though so there shouldnt be a problem.

got speedstep disabled.. even enabled it's nowhere near that low... just weirdly wrong.

does any one know how to take the cap of 30fps off?

disable VSync in the advanced video settings
