I’m fortunate (depending on your view point ;) ) enough to live in South Wales, even more fortunate to have more or less a small un-used forest directly behind my house and a mountain which also isn’t used but has access all the way around.

Anyways, I’m thinking of starting a small track with one decent jump and try and add more over the next however many years I’ve got on this planet… Kind of like a life project haha.

I’ve lived in the area all my life, bought my parents house to extend as it’s a big plot… The person who owns the land never bothered us when we were kids digging holes, building tree houses cutting down trees etc etc.

So has anyone done something similar before? Any advice?

without consulting the land owner? no.

whole world of pain for them potentially if someone were to get injured on their land as far as im aware.

also trespass rules come into play etc.

if something bad comes of it, then gives us all a bad name.
