Shall I use my DDR3-1600 2x4GB or 1x8GB DDR3-2400 with my 4670k?

I have 2x4 gb of this: http://www.avexir.com/product/corespec-ddr3.html

Also 1x8gb of this: http://www.corsair.com/en-gb/vengea...am-2400mhz-c11-memory-kit-cmy16gx3m2a2400c11r

What am I best off using with my 4670k? would it be better dual channel?
