Shallow/Thin 3-pin Plug

Hello again.

I have ordered a bookcase for my living room but there is a double socket on the wall where I want to put it.

I am happy to have an extension lead but my concern is that there won't be enough room for a plug.

Is there such a thing a low-profile 3-pin plug either on an extension or that I could fit to one? I understand the alternative is to move/spur from the socket.

Fused spur to an extension would be the only practical solution.

Even if 10-15mm plugs existed, what difference is 5mm really going to make??

If you do find a slim plug and it still wont fit you could possibly shave a bit more off by using a low profile socket.
