Share Wireless?

I am in Uni halls at the moment, and I want to be able to access the internet on my phone. Is there any way I can use the wireless card in my PC to share the internet connection that is coming to the room, so that my phone can connect to it?

Probably, if your internet is coming in via cable to you're room and you have a wireless card in your PC, you just need to enable internet connection sharing, or ICS. search these forums or use google.

An alternative is to buy a wireless cable router.

create an ad-hoc network with WEP and away you go
