Share with multiple folders

Does anyone know of a way to create a share that has more than one folder ?

For example, my home server has multiple drives configured with different drive letters.
If they all have a folder called movies, could i share all those folders as one share.

I have taken a look at DFS, but it doesnt appear to be able to do this

Not saying its possible or anything but this might be worth looking at.
