Sharepoint end user guides?

Hi

Can anyone recommend or direct me to a user guide for end users of Sharepoint 2007? We are about to launch to our staff but would like something that talks about how to upload documents and using the 'check-out/in' facilities in a training/user guide.

On any projects we have done we/customer has written their own. Most of the documentation out there is more SP admin and developer guides.

I've got a good one page 'cheat sheet' that I printed out for staff when we rolled it out.

I'll see if I can find it and host it for you tomorrow.
