SharePoint - export owners of all Active Sites

I need to export all the site owners for my works SharePoint site. I have done some Googling and found various Power Shell scripts to run within SharePoint Online Management Shell. However none seem to work; I get this error below:

I'm not sure what the error means; please can someone advise?

OK found a post online that says SharePoint Management Console does not support MFA so I am going to disable that and try

Yes it does, you are just using the wrong / insufficient commands. Just do the Connect-SPOService -Url "https://xxxxxxx-admin.sharepoint.com" command on its own and that will spwan a modern auth cred prompt.
