On a bog standard install of windows 7 connecting to windows server (2008 iirc), is it possible to share the server desktop (i.e. two people connect with the same username and password and both see the same desktop / applications moving etc) at the same time?
Cheers.

As a default this is not possible as one person remote's on it will take over there session. Only other way would be a VNC viewer and the VNC server set to allow multiple connections.

And for that to work something would need to be installed on the client and the server? Just asking because I was on the server dealing with sensitive information and something loaded up while I was on it...

Remote Assistance might work... not sure if Server 2008 supports this.

Otherwise you will need something like Teamviewer or VNC.
