Sharing files on vista network?

How do you do this?
I've enabled share files and also turned of password protection for shared files.
I've then clicked on the folder and shared the folder.

But it's still saying access denied?

NVM me being brain dead. All I had to do was pick everyone from the drop down list.

Although how do I let my laptop connect to a folder as co-owner?
I know you slect a user name and then can select read only, co-owner etc. But what do I put is as the user name?
