Sharing files / Printer Wirelessly

How do i setup so that i can share all pc files / printing between 2 PC's wirelessly? XP is on both PC's.

Need step by step instructions as i am a complete noob!! Ta

Do both the pc's have wireless cards?

Do you have a wireless router?

Is that yes they both have wireless, or yes they both have wireless and you have a wireless router.
