Sharing Files to Mac -> Ubuntu

What do people use as a upnp client in ubuntu, Ive tried Moovida (with coherence) and XBMC , both are a bit sluggish tho, so wondered if anyone had any recommendations.

(Im trying to share files on mac system to an ubuntu system.)

Or how can I mount shared drives in ubuntu? GUI preferable but i can deal with terminal if needed.

I would share the files using either NFS or CIFS/Samba.

Use NFS for linux to linux, samba for linux to windows and samba for linux to mac.

Tbh I havent tried NFS for linux to mac, I should as it's better than samba.

As for upnp I use mediatomb.
