Sharing Files using Vista & Crysis help

1. I have just changed over to Windows Vista Ultimate (from Windows XP Pro). Under Windows XP Pro, I shared files so I could stream them onto my Xbox. How do I do this with Vista? I have tried sharing the folder but the xbox doesn't pick up any shares

2. I have installed Crysis but it won't work with Vista but it worked fine with XP

I have updated XBMC now and its working - thanks for the help on that

In regards to Crysis, Vista says - APPCRASH and thats it.
