Sharing files wirelessly between mac and PC

Hi guys, having a real hard time trying to share some files between my mac running 10.5.2 to my XP PC.

Is there a step by step guide? Or does anyone on here have any idea how to do it quickly and easily.

wow, you know i never thought of google......

seriously i come on here for a little help and all i get is a lame answer like that, do you not think that i would have looked at google first and tried a few of the answers on their first.

The problem is that most of the guides there say enable windows sharing on the mac....which is not in my list of options in the share setting. My PC is not showing up any workgroups in my network places so i can't see the mac that way.

If anyone else has some helpful answers unlike matey above then please let me know.

Seriously if you can't follow that you are in trouble. Have the common sense to substitute Windows Sharing for File Sharing and you may get somewhere.

Also any reason why not gone from 10.5.2 to 10.5.5

thanks for the info.

just haven't got round to updating it yet, everytime i mean to restart the computer something comes up to stop me from doing it. Haven't restarted in 2 - 3 weeks.
