Sharing files

I have a MBA 2013, and awaiting delivery of a 27" iMac to replace my PC. In terms of other devices, I have an iPad 4, Nexus 7 and Nexus 5.

What is the best and cleanest "cloud" way to sync files between devices? Something like Box I presume?

Also with Apple TV, can I send the screen of my iMac to a TV, or is it only to send videos etc?

Dropbox or similar will be the best option, assuming you mean documents and stuff like that. It's not really good for large files as you will have to download videos before you can watch them rather than streaming if that's what you are after.

With the ATV you can mirror any apple device to your tv as far as I know. You can either do it through iTunes, or just a straight up desktop mirror. Though I think that might be a feature of Mavericks so you'll need to check the compatibility, but it's a free upgrade so it's not too much bother if you haven't done that yet

Ah so getting a ATV seems like a good shout. Will get one!
