Hey guys, i have a buddy who uses Sage accounting from 2 locations. Previously he used teamviewer but was flagged for commercial usage (i had warned him!!) so i said fear not ill set you up an RDP link via a DDNS.

Easy peasy. But im now having reports of sage crashes when printing, their main use is printing invoices, im not 100% but i think it may be issues with the way it spools to the remote printer.

So im wondering what would be the best way to map the sage data files across between the two sites so that the print spooling cvould be handled locally rather than via RDP

advice appreciated

If you're going to use RDP, then I'd lock it down on the firewall by source IP. Also, Sage have a solution that you should look at called Sage Drive.
