After a crapload of research I went for:

I haven't seen this setup on the forum so thought I would share.
And I'm incredible glad I did, whisper quiet, powerful and literally a doddle to put together.
Initally my issue was the lack of a PCIe slot but in the end opted for a HD HomeRun Dual - Network DVB-T Tuner
All running with a USB Media Centre IR remote and Windows 8 Media Center.
