Got a set of Logitech Z640 connected to an Audigy 2 Sound Card, and a Dell 2405W which is shared by; the PC, via DVI-D, and the XBOX, via Component, but how do I share the Speakers?

It used to, but doesn't sound like it does any more.

But as said above, you a "Phonto to 3.5mm" connector and put it in your PC Line-In.

It does indeed but he's using component which only has the rca plugs or maybe could use the optical out but i was unsure as whether the audigy 2 had an optical in which would probably be the better option :)

Does the 360 have an optical out on the actual console itself?

As i had to buy an adapter cable with it on for the normal Xbox.

Looking to go Component like the OP.

No.

The basic composite cable that comes with the Core console does not have an optical out, but the Component, VGA and Adcanced RGB SCART cables all do have optical out.

Yep, using Component, which has 2 RCA and Optical, but the Audigy 2 doesn't have an Optical In, so looks like it'll have to be 2 RCA to a 3.5mm Cable. Is there a way of doing it without going through the PC Sound Card?

What about using my MOMO Wheel with the XBOX, can that be done?

You can probably split the cable, though be best to get some sort of amplifier or switch to get the best results.

No, a PC wheel will not work on the 360.
