Sharp Aquos LC-32P50E help

Hi folks,

I have just built an HTPC (full specs below) and am running from the onboard HDMI port to HDMI on my LCD, My problem is that if I switch from HDMI to Scart on the LCD, then try to go back to the HDMI port to view the HTPC, I get a blank screen and have to reset the PC every time, I know for a fact that the PC is still running...

Have obviously tried powering off LCD and back on again, have also looked through all the LCD settings but can find nothing that helps with this...

Have also tried a few things on the PC such as switching off all power save options and screen savers... Also had a look through BIOS for and Repost display options but nothing...

All signs point to the LCD... If anyone has any ideas on this or has experienced similar, please let me know

i have a sharp aquos LC-32GA8E
and im using a dvi to hdmi cable and have no problems switching between scart and hdmi with my pc connected

on an odd ocasion ive lost the display and just got a blank screen that just displays HDMI in the top right corner but thats been when hdmi was already selected a restart of my pc fixed it

try getting in touch with tech support there may be a firmware update for your screen
