Sharpen mount cook

I like this photo, but mount cook in the background is actually quite hard to pick out. Am I correct in thinking it's really soft? Can anyone have a go at improving it?

Edit: Aperture for this shot was about F20 so that shouldn't be the problem

Unsharp Mask - 150%/0.3px Radius
Adjusted Levels
Shadow/Highlight Adjustment
Slight gradient overlay

Yup those are the exact colours, the water was astounding
