Somebody decided to smash the window on my Land Rover this morning, I'm still waiting on the police coming out to see the Footage I have from the Dashcam on my other car and have taken this still from the video, Is there anything anybody can do to sharpen it up a bit to get a slightly clearer image.

The magic 'can we enlarge that section' you see on CSI does, t translate into real life. Number of times you see them enlarge a face image from the reflection on an eyeball or mirror Taken with a crappy security camera, makes it seem commonplace. A low res web or dashcam, is exactly that - low res . Hope you get it sorted

I've had a play with it in Photoshop too and can't improve on what Hikari has already done. There's just not enough pixel resolution and too much extreme contrast to improve it by much. Hopefully it's someone known to the Police and there's enough there to go on.
