Shaver died, spec me another !

Three or four types of shavers for sale here by Braun, Philips, Remington and one other (can't remember who).

Your face will by and large get used to them all eventually, so choose one your happiest with.

DMPool above swears by Braun. I'm the opposite - my face doesn't break out with anything if I use Philips.
 
Philips shavers are junk.. the batterys inside 3 different shavers Ive owned all had a problem where they stopped charging includes thier Lion ones. They also make it so they are difficult to replace.
 
Bought a Panasonic ES-LA93K in February, expensive but far better than the Philips Rotary shaver / Braun foil shavers I've used before. It's as close as a Gillette fusion in most areas and I'm happy to shave wet or dry even after not shaving for three days confident that I'm not going to get hairs ripped out like the Philips used to do. Clean and charge system works nicely, dry clean shaver every day although it costs ~£5 a month on a cleaning cartridge.
 
I'd say check argos once in a while.
Sometimes they have quite good offers on shavers, I got a Remington F7790, which at the time was meant to be 140 for about 60 quid.

Edit - Its actually on offer right now for what I got it for about 2 years ago.
