just downloaded shazam and midomi to have a play... love that you can sing or hum a song to midomi and it'll work it out and the interface is much nicer than shazam but shazam seems to be better at identifying real music...
in fact i think midomi is better in every way bar the music identification which at the end of the day is the purpose of the app...
what do you guys reckon to these apps? very clever at the end of the day aint they
EDIT: have found a bug in shazam tho, once a song is identified, you get "more tag options" - underneath this i often get a load of repeated links saying "Preview and buy ***** by **** in iTunes" - this comes up maybe 10-15 times in a list, each one being identical
