I picked a card up a while back, I've got at least 3,000 on it, but every now and then they state I have less and it builds back up from fuel I've put on it.

Anyway, they keep saying they will post vouchers, but I've never once, received anything from them. What are the chances someone is nabbing my fuel vouchers? And what can I do with Shell to get my vouchers? I won't change fuel but still, I don't see the point in this club card anymore as I get nothing from it.

Our company has come to Shell and I have got a card, fill up around 2 tanks a week maybe 3 sometimes. Never had a problem with Morrisons Miles, always got a £5 voucher every other month.

Not nice to hear if Shell mess around, I opted for the vouches by post too.

Been a Shell Optimax and then V-power club card holder for as long as it has existed. Never had a problem with getting the vouchers.

Why don't you check your balance online and set up the type of vouchers you would like to receive. If you don't get them, call Shell they will soon sort it out.

Have you registered the card online? The gf didn't and she kept accumulating points without vouchers.

I tend to get £6.50 in vouchers every quarter so can't complain.

I had this problem and it turned out that when i changed my address on the website it didn't apply for some reason but removed the old one. I had to email them to get it sorted.

Just logged into my card and i've got almost 5000 points lol never had any vouchers either and i've just changed my address.. how do I get them to send the vouchers? anyone know?

It used to mean points and money off (when linked to the Citi card, back around 2008). Now it's just vouchers, but currently, I do about 800 miles a week, and I see maybe £10 a quarter. If I did a massive poo in the morning before leaving for work, I'd save more than that in MPG/Weight

That's still £10 a quarter for doing naff all except having the card and swiping it each time you fill up at Shell, so it's hardly pointless. It's not like you have to pay a fee to be a member.

It works out as 1p off a litre

And when the Shell garage around my area tends to be the cheapest anyway, it just adds in that little bit extra!

I do a hell of a lot less than 800 miles a week, and I don't get much short of £10 a quarter! Mind you, I take advantage of extra points vouchers and other offers if they don't put me out any. And my two cars get 22mpg and 17mpg respectively, so I don't use that small an amount of petrol.

Necro-thread revisited!

I've had my card since Jan 2014 and since then collected about 24000 points which "should" have been transferred to my selected rewards program Avios.

Two years later I log into Avios for the the 1st time since setting it up (completely forgot about it) and not a single point has ever been transferred into the account by Shell. So now I'm e-mailing, ringing and generally making a pain of myself trying to find out where my points are, ensuring both accounts are correctly linked and trying to get all those points re-issued to the correct account.

At this point I'm assuming that, when you select Avios as a reward it creates a new Avios account (already had one) so they've been transferred to that new account and hopefully Avios can just transfer them over.

A massive pain so far!
