Shell Energy Broadband any good?

My contract with Vodafone is coming to a end and thinking switching due the price rise. Shell is the cheapest option with cashback, anyone have Shell and what sort of service and router you are getting? O stay away lots of reviews are on the net and they are different.

Vodafone weren’t great on FTTC, but Shell are even worse, literally when they gave it away it was still a bad deal. If you are genuinely that price sensitive, either try and make savings elsewhere or look at other options, are you or someone else in the household eligible for a social tariff for example from someone who isn’t awful?

My parents are with them, no complaints. Were actually quite helpful when BT kept trying to charge them after they switched.
