Thread for Shift 2 Autolog - I will try and keep post 1 updated with names every now and then.

MoodyB has kindly started us off in the other thread with a small collection of autolog names. Can you please add yours to the list using copy and paste. Please also highlight the latest addition try and keep in alphabetical order.

nice post,was on to EA live chat for 5 hours trying to sort out autolog name change to another ea account,they said they had sorted it and gave me a new key for the game,how many hoops did i have to jump through to get them to understand that us gamers dont want to use ea account names for our online personas name,he agreed in the end and swapped my account to a diff one which should have been used in the first place lol,so can somebody try Spook187 see if it finds me otherwise imm stuck with Gaz1128:mad:
 
Can we do this like the old time trials thread please .. good old fashioned screenshots?
I have a few reasons for this .

1: it works
2: everyone can join in and gives those not playing summit to read
3: my autolog is knacked and linked to a old UO acc and will not be spending time with ea trying to sort it .

by all means use autolog but have a proper 1 car 1 track competition with the winner picking the car and track .

you can but it dosn't show up as your game name on autolog i tried this before with Hot Pursuit same old story,they guy from ea said your stuck with that.but he swapped it over to another account which hasnt kicked in yet,can take a few days he said but i lose all my stats and what not,new key given reinstalled game reg new key and guess what i get the old autolog name again :mad:

The only other game company that does this is ubisoft uses your account name as ur online persona its very annoying,i have about 19 persona with ea now due to their rubbish account system.:eek::eek::eek:
 
I will go with the flow, as I'm quite new to the forum I don't want to rock the boat, not quite sure how things like this have been done in the past. I personally think there is room for a couple of threads, maybe this one which sticks mainly to autolog and another with screenshots etc.

I was thinking earlier that maybe this thread should be used only for autolog names and create another for just banter and challenges etc.

What do you think? Is that too complicated?

Hi Persil

I'll setup a TT thread @ the weekend using the same format we used for Shift 1.
I haven't started it yet to allow players to get accustomed to the game & also build up their level & credits to be able to buy/tune the nominated car.

As you say, it allows players not interested in online to get involved across all formats be it PC or console.

i think the old format was the best imho . outlog is good for messing with yer mates but look how good the first shift thread was (i even won the first race ) !!
 
Finally sorted the daft account with EA live chat.what a mission:eek:

My new id is spook187 so the old one gaz1128 can be deleted:):)

Yeah, sorry I should have said, I'm at work & the online (web based) autolog doesn't work. Was just wondering as I did some career and loads of time trials this morning. Couldn't pull myself off it!! LOL
