Shift 2 major performance issues

This is very odd, when I first got the game it ran perfectly, over the last of days I can load it up, have a race and it runs fine, load up the next race and it runs like an absolute dog, really low FPS and unplayable, i'm not having this issue with any other games

I'm running a 560 in 1680 and the games maxed, just dont understand how it can run perfectly one race and terrible the next, anyone know whats going on? Had a google but no joy :confused:

A patch has just been released for shift 2, you might aswell give it a try and see if it helps.

Doesnt seem to install, just runs and then does nothing with no complete message or anything?

Looks like it did install and seems to be fine now but it was fine for ages when I first got it so fingers crossed
