This is driving me mad! I can't see where this is coming from. In IE7 when typing into a web form, when I press shift r I get this annoying little popup which says ruler. Does not happen in Firefox, or any other application. All I have installed is Multiple IEs and IE spell. Any ideas where I might find this to disable it?
