Shimano 105 vs Campagnolo Veloce

I'm new to biking and I've decided to get a winter bike and start with Dolan. They have some winter deals. My research tells me Campagnolo is better than Shimano 105 but the Dolan (11 speed) Shimano 105 is more expensive than the Dolan (10 speed) Campagnolo. Am I missing something?

It's very hard to say which is better. I'd say it's more to do with what you like. Have you ridden each of them? I'd try both to see what you prefer.

One thing to bear mind is that if you're going to do your own repairs, Campagnolo tools cost stupid money.

The sram is the same price as the 105. Can't decide between the two. Any advice?

I went for a 105/Ultegra mashup and couldn't be happier. Everything is just flawless and has been now for about 16 months
