hi,
as title suggests what sort of air flow this case got?

i finally got round to ordering a load of watercooling stuff OCuk V12 for the cpu but cus my GTX670's are non-reference i cant get waterblocks for them. so are my GPU's gunna overheat in this case?

Airflow isnt great in it in stock form tbh. Had stock cooled gtx 470's in sli in it. They ran 5-6c hotter than my previous case, (lian li a70f). Replacing the terrible front 230mm fan with 2x 120mm fans helps a bit.

Regarding your 670's, which non reference models are they? Some of the non ref models use the larger 680 circuit board, therefore 680 blocks fit some models.

From a quick google scan, seems that there are no full cover blocks for those cards. Adding a fan in the bottom of the shinobi xl does also help a bit with gpu cooling. For intake, i highly reccomend silverstone air penetrator fans.

yer i was thinking of putting an air penetrator in there, that and filling the case out with decent fans should do the trick you think?

im using a HAF X atm and iv got a fairly aggressive fan profile to keep the temps under 70c during gaming.

Should certainly help. In stock configuration, the air intake in the xl is woefully poor. Ive also added a 120mm fan in my 3 empty 5.25 bays. Put some lian li mesh bezels in front of it. Theese are just a nice fit in the xl.
