So I have just upgraded from a standard Shinobi ( I love this case, I have three of them for various comps) to the Shinobi XL.
It is huge. 16kg with nothing in it according to the box. Very strongly made.............Except the HDD trays.
I have 7 hard drives in the build, and sliding the trays in, several of them drop down or slip as the grooves that they are designed to sit in/on are too narrow.
Has anyone else had this issue?
Took the tray out, levered in HD from one side into the pins, then levered in the other side and ensured that the pins were pushed in. The slid into cage. By the time the second one is going in, the first has slipped down already from one side.
Design flaw? This specific build of the case? Human error?
Anyone else had this issue?
