Shipped but not received?

Hiya I know a lot may have posted this but I wanted to ask a question:
"We've received your order details, but have not yet received your parcel" So I ordered between 14:00-14:15 and I got an email confirmation just around 19:00 7pm UK time.

Got all my promo codes etc got a DPD delivery date too (which says we'll deliver your OC parcel TOMORROW 18th September and we will give you a 1 hour time slot at 11am)

None of this has happened and it still says "shipped not received" I know DPD would not say it'll be available tomorrow without actually attempting... anyone else having this issue?

Hope it turns up today at least!

What card did you order? I ordered mine around 15:20, I haven't got an email nor did I get promotional codes (I ordered the Rog Strix) my order page was updated to "Order Received - not yet shipped" though, I don't think i'm getting mine until late october at the earliest

Well you ordered the ROG Strix and Asus etc have said that's not even gonna be shipped anywhere till further notice, so yeah I doubt you will get one soon or any confirmation.
I ordered the Giga/Gaming OC one not the eagle around 14:15 and got a DPD email/OC email around 18:00-19:00 about it being shipped and then a DPD email from them too.

So Overclockers don't even have them in stock at the moment at all?? Has asus said why they aren't shipping them until further notice?

Can you see this link? No one will have them in stock not even Asus themselves maybe past 28th sept but I dunno I think the Asus guy explains due to stock and shipping availabilities etc

I have received the DPD messages that they will deliver tomorrow on the previous day a couple of times recently. In my case it was B Grade stuff which I know they have to dig out of a warehouse so isn't always delivered next day. Until you get the actual time slot confirmed on the delivery day it may still be in transit to DPD. Basically it's an intention to ship but the DPD system is firing off delivery confirmations too early.

That makes sense so I reckon either Monday then since I doubt it'll be today as its passed 2PM already

ahh that completely sucks!! especially since I ordered the non OC Strix there is no estimate for my model at all... I'm going to stick with my preorder because if I cancel and order somewhere else the chances are I'll end up having to wait longer anyway regardless

oh well, I mainly wanted it for Cyberpunk so fingers crossed It atleast comes before then?? I have a 2070Super so it's not as if I have nothing. I just feel sorry for people who have worse cards or people who sold their GPU's in advance and are now screwed

I just asked this is in the other thread it seems we are all in the same situation waiting for the cards to be passed over to DPD I wouldn't worry about it.

Ahh so just waiting for them to pass it over, makes ense I was gonna pay DPD for £5 delivery for tomorrow lol

I have the same situation.
Got an email last night saying it will be delivered today. DPD claims it still hasn't been received.
Not sure what's going on. No communication from OCuk

Really annoying... all they have to do is just give it to DPD but... no communication if they get it this evening I will pay a fiver to get it Saturday

Yep, I've got the same thing. Hopefully it's just that DPD didn't send a big enough van last night.

I wouldn't have minded, as it originally said 24th next week, but since i got the email last night, I've got all excited for a whole new PC build and was going to stream building it with the 3080.
OCuk need to at least put out some comms, surely there's a community manager.

Not sure how organised DPD is with updating their shipment status.

@Colonel same it did say 23rd so i Was prepared but since DPD emailed me saying delivering tomorrow, I naturally got excited!!

I'm in the same boat too.

Had a dispatch notification last night and my order is showing as shipped with an email from DPD saying I would get the delivery today. No change all day on the DPD tracker though, just says they are waiting for the package.

Going to keep my fingers crossed for Monday.
