Items normally shipped the day before if i'm not mistaken.

So looks like my 12:40 order doesnt come next day regardless of all the items being in stock.

Or am i wrong here?

Give it until 5pm - Citylink in some areas are useless.

9am to 5pm literally means it, I had to wait until 4:45 before I got one of my packages once from CityLink (Not from OcUK but from another company which uses CityLink).

Give it till 5.30pm mate.

I live in the sticks and get Citylink delivers any time from about 10am-5.30pm. It really depends on who is on the list of drop offs before you.

When did you order it? Have you gotten and email from OcUK saying that it's been shipped? Have you got a Citylink tracking mumber?

If no is on most of them then callup OcUK to see what is delaying the order.

It's really sucky when stuff doesn't turn up when it's meant to. :(

Its not that it hasnt turned up today yet thats the problem.

Ordered Thursday at 12:40, and its taken up till now, no notice on the site of any delays, all items were in stock on Thursday.

I would have ideally liked the weekend to work on the PC, but i need the bits in the delivery, which unfortunately is now today, and the weekend has gone.

Its not the end of the world, but if a site advertises something, regardless of the implications they should stick to it. If you can't then at the very least a message on the website(delivery page would be suited) saying there may be delays would suffice, at least you know then, rather then just doing guess work.

Apart from this little hiccup the guys at OC have always been great with RMA's and queries, and so on....

Its not really all their fault, depends on the Citylink, but in fairness if its going to be iffy depending on the depo, would it not make more sense to look at other solutions...
