Shipping Delay?

I ordered a Zotac Trinity RTX 4090 yesterday and the order status is still on 'ordered', it has not moved to order preparation .

I submitted a ticket yesterday afternoon but I've heard no reply.

Any one know what the issue is here?

Any one else on the same boat?

not like oc to hold things up.

I've not had any issues with them in the past.

The fact is that they've taken my money and failed to give me any updates whatsoever. I'm completely in the dark.

ORDER still not updated past 'ordered' and still not had a reply to my ticket in over 36 hours!

Think I'm going to try ringing them after lunch tomorrow.

Royal Mail strikes maybe....
While I'd expect a gpu to come by a different delivery company it's possible that the RM strikes could have had a knock on effect.

It's DPD delivery though....
I honestly wouldn't mind this delay if I was actually informed about it, even if it was a automated email.

Just hate being in the dark
